I will always compare AutoNation service to that of Frankel Cadillac service. Your wait time for diagnosis takes too long. It took almost 2 hrs of waiting just to get a diagnosis on a "check engine" light. I never waited that long for a diagnosis at Frankel Cadillac. Hannibal Brisueno saved the day. He bent over backwards to make my experience better. I really appreciate his great customer service skills.
