Confirmed Service Customer
I had a problem with OnStar that was covered under warranty, so I took it here as it was my nearest Chevy dealer. They tried very hard to fix the problem with OnStar. The Service Manager, George, personally sat with me as we called OnStar together to problem solve it. We were unsuccessful, but it was not for want of George's trying. I do not think he could have done anything else, and it was clear that the OnStar bureaucracy is just as unresponsive to GM staff as customers.
