Hannibal was attentive and professional. I came in Monday when I was scheduled and the call center had not put my appointment in the schedule. Hannibal rescheduled me for Wednesday and his manager topped off my oil to hold me over. While I was very displeased I had made the trip down ( I live 30 min away) for nothing on Monday, Hannibal remedied it. But your call center needs help!
