Generally a good experience especially with my advisor Jodi. However when I called to schedule the appointment, the lady on the phone gave me an appointment after 3 days and did not offer an alternative (eg a loaner car). She told me the warranty doesn’t cover that although Jodi offered a loaner for me. This was frustrating as the car was less than 2 months old with less than 1500 miles on it.
